- No charge for children under the age of 1.
- We are a dog-friendly resort. However, dogs are welcomed upon prior approval. Rates for dogs are $30/dog/night to a max $100/dog/week.
- Deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required at the time of reservation.
- Payment in full is due upon check-in.
- $300 Damage deposit is required on a Visa or Mastercard (no Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit or American Express) at the time of check-in, and refunded on the check-out where applicable.
- Our rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to GST and PST. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum 2-night stay required in May, June, September and October.
- Water in cabins is potable well water. Some guests may prefer to bring their own bottled water or purchase from the resort
Park Passes & Fishing LIcences:
Provincial park passes and fishing licenses are no longer available for purchase at Caddy Lake Resort. For your convenience, park passes and licences are now available online at manitobaelicensing.ca
Please print your passes and licenses prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy...
- No refund for days lost through late arrival, early departure or unfavorable weather conditions
- The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is received at least 2 months prior to the booking date less a $40 plus tax administration fee.
